The carpet has been installed

The Bad News
There is no way that it's the carpet we ordered.

Seriously, this stinks.  When the installers (who are totally separate from Loew's and spoke very little English) came out to tell me they were done I went back and looked in the room.  I wa shocked because it is nothing, NOTHING like the carpet

Oh you poor thing! I hope you can get it fixed!!! Too convenient that they "lost" all the samples for you. :(
