Just Jealous

I'm really jealous that my others friends can just text her without having to consider the consequences. I'm really jealous that they can be casual and friendly and that I can't. That I'm so incredibly angry at her that there's no such thing as casual. And that even in the times I have tried to be casual she's thrown it back in my face. I'm jealous

It definitely sounds like what she did to you left you feeling very emotionally betrayed & abandoned, and I would imagine that's going to take a lot to get past. I think it's good you're writing about it.
