Routine: 'Yoga for Stress Relief' -IBS relief (30 mins)

Not much to say today because I am exhausted. My shift was changed from morning to evening yesterday so I was able to do my yoga at a decent time when I still had some energy. I was in the middle of a moderate IBS flare and had been feeling pretty uncomfortable since Monday. It was particularly bad yesterday morning so I tried this routine for the first time. It's Yin yoga so very slow and mostly passive but I did see an improvement afterward and, actually, this morning I felt much better (though still not 100%).
Routine: 'AM and PM' -PM (20 mins)
Time: 5.05pm
SO tired when I did this and my mind wouldn't settle, although my breathing was remarkably even. Felt like I went pretty deep in down dog but my hamstrings were noticeably tight. It sucks how my job makes this an issue. :( Anyway, I got through it and felt better for it but now I am BEAT.
I'm not sure if I'll do my yoga tomorrow because I didn't hire the dog walker so pup will need a walk once I get back at 5pm, and after that I'll probably just want to eat and crash. We'll see.
