This is brilliant... you're excellent at getting inside Castle's head, it's beautifully in character. And something I would like to have seen in Rise, actually, I felt slightly like the beginning of it moved too fast... five minutes of this would have been beautiful.

Thank you very, very much. :) Characterisation is always something I worry about when I start writing in a new fandom (and yes, okay, even when it's not such a new fandom too). I'm so glad you thought this rang true.

It did kind of suck that they shoved three months into a few scenes, didn't it? :/ There was definitely room for more.

Excellent. Fills a number of holes left by some dubious decisions as to what to show and what not, and not showing something like this was a real waste. Thanks!

This was excellent! And the beauty of it is that it fits in perfectly with canon, except it makes it BETTER!

Yeah, I'm actually sitting on quite a bit of fic, to be honest. Once I started watching Castle, I got really inspired, and I've enjoyed writing it, but it's been so long I'm nervous about posting. But I am glad you liked this. :)
