I think I know what you are doing here!
I really like the premise of your story. It was something I had thought about a year ago, how cool it would be if one of you talented authors would write the "right" endings to all those near misses scenes - but what you are doing is much more intricate in that you actually CONNECT them to become one coherent story. So what I like best, I think, is your mix of narrative license and direct quotes. Works really well for me!!!!!

Ah, now, if you want the right ending to the scenes and a talented author, you can't go past Kiss Me Castle by Cora Clavia. I can't recommend it enough. :)

I find it amusing when I hear that because the idea for this story was based entirely around Kate being pregnant in season three. (I called the rough draft of this 'Preggers'. *g*)
