Wow.
This past week I've been corresponding with the amazing principal of new classical Christian school in Montgomery (see
www.ccamontgomery.org). I'm going to meet her in January, but this morning I was told by a mutual friend that I've got a job there next year if I want it.
How exciting!!

I don't yet know what I'd teach (if I actually get and take the job!). I'm actually meeting the principal early in January to discuss the positions available and find out more details about the school. (The mutual friend is the one who told me I have the job if I want it, and he's basing that on conversations he's had with the principal!)

I'm pretty certain I'll be in the grammar school.

What years were you there?
Would you happen to know my good friend Ben Robinson?
Lemme see, he started going there... December of 2003....?? Were you there then?

Actually I got my years off (you know, bad memory and all as you get older hehe). I attended there my junior and senior years (don't ask about my last year in Montgomery) so that would have been 2000-2002. Unfortunately, I was so involved with campus stuff that I was basically a Sunday attender and didn't get to know many people there.
I was pretty good friends with the youth pastor there though, Bob Moon. He came and spoke at the Christian Ministries Association meeting on campus once.

I'm now 11 days shy of being three years from half-way to 50.
I've definitely heard the name Bob Moon from Ben. He seems to be a good man.
You know about all the mess that's been going on there recently?
