Tea Deals on Amazon

Amazon's Gold Box Deals today from now until noon PST are all about tea! I can't say whether the options will be any good, and the first option is PG Tips, which isn't so encouraging, but I thought some of you might be interested.

What's wrong with PG Tips?

I associate it with the qualities of "cheap" and "too-bitter", and think of it as basically the British version of Lipton tea. But I've only had it once or twice, and I might be a bit of a tea snob. ;)

I like it better than Lipton, and it's a decent sub when I run out of my morning cuppa from my online tea store.

Interesting that you say that. I see Lipton as the weak, tasteless continential version of tea (I don't know where it originates from, but Lipton is always served when I stay on the continent)

There's nothing wrong with PG Tips. It produces a fine cup of English Breakfast tea. It's the best way to start the day.
