I was just listening to Dragon off of American Doll Posse. It just came on randomly thru my itunes shuffle. I've never really paid attention to that song before (partly because there are so many songs off the new album and it takes time to get to know each of the individually). *laughs* It's okay I knew what you meant. I just got done watching it- Thank you SO much for sending me that link! I cried while I watched Tori cry while they were singing. It was so moving to watch and hear those children sing that song!

I still can't get get into it. I'm not even sure if I've managed to listen to it from start to finish even once. I just find it really boring and the same goes for Smokey Joe. ADP is very much like a rollercoaster for me!

Snowcanwait- I understand and totally respect that. The first few times I was listening to ADP.. I was at a loss. I always love Tori and I can even respect that she's always daring enough to go off in new directions, but at first I found this album a little too hard core "rocky" for me.

I'm still not completely in love with the album, but certain songs are starting to speak to me. The above mentioned Dragon, You can bring your Dog, Girl Disapearing, Almost Rosey, Code Red. I also like the two singles but I don't know if I connect with them on a deep level like I usually do with her songs. Either way I love to hear other Toriphiles opinions!

Still trying to get into Dragon,b ut it's just not coming for me. My current affair is with Body and Soul. When I get home though I'm checking out your links and stealing some icons! Love ya!

Oh my Goddess, you got to give Dragon a chance girl! Listen, read the lyrics and think about the meaning behind the song. Then check out anastasia1919's link above to the children's choir. If it doesn't rip out your heart watching them performing for Tori then you have no soul!
