I've been playing with this idea for quite some time now, and I thought I'd write it. I've been writing this for the past couple of days, tweaking and editing. Originally, the character Hermione was talking to was Ginny. But there was a topic in their conversation that only Pansy would know. I'm not exactly sure if this fic works, but if it doesn't

Okay. I like it. Of course, I want her to take off the ring, toss it on the table, and rush off to snog Draco senseless! But I like the talk with Pansy and the observations she makes. It definitely fits well for Draco/Hermione, and I love the description of the look he gives her that Pansy describes because it is so what I see in my mind when I think of D/Hr before they get together and even him getting it after they're happily married and have children. I think that's one of the reasons they fit so well, they challenge one another and are complicated and unpredictable and just fit so well.

Hee I would love for Hermione to do that, too, but in this fic I this she has lost hope. I just love the D/Hr dynamic because of the unpredictablity of their relationship. Both are smart that they are able to challenge each other. No other characters in the book can match Hermione's wit, or rival Draco's sharp tongue.

I still have to write the next part. Hopefully, I will have the energy and motivation to write it. That's the sad thing about me. I always try to start a fic but I don't finish it. :P
