I finally rejoined the gym! I'm looking forward to getting back in there. Losing some weight would be a bonus. I'm not going to lie about that. I'm really in it for my health though. Today I went outside and tended to the windows, screwing them shut to keep the wind out. It wasn't much, but I had to work today. I also managed to coral a stubborn dog by acting like I was happy to see him, rather than being upset he was outside. Positive energy is a good thing ( Read more... )
