I have a friend who is a rehab vet that examined Rift and said that is what it was. She does an exam that other vets don't do as it is more like a human exam. Rift's massage therapist also said that is what she thought it was. Rift looked fine as well until we did anything agility related. First rehab vet thought it was iliopsoas but he may of been a bit tender there due to holding the leg differently due to the ACL strain. He was good to go after 4 months. I just eased back into training and trialling and touch wood so far he has been fine. Good luck.
