I got into Brown!!! Ah!! But they only give me $3000 which is kind of disappointing. But still, Brown!!! And Yale rejected me (which they will regret when I am the president...) AHHH!!! Brown!!!
Congratulations! I'm kataline's mom, she told me you got into Brown and even though we've never met I wanted to say -- congrats!!!
If you have questions about your financial aid, we should talk. I know a fair amount about how those things work, and I might be able to give you some advice. Depends on your circumstances, of course.
Sounds like you have some interesting choices to make!
Thanks! I'm really excited, obviously. I'd be interested and grateful for any advice you have to give, but I'm not sure there's any way I can go there. I'd need at least $20,000 more to be able to go to Brown, and I doubt they'll give it to me. Thanks, Meghan
Our conversation last night sparked a distant memory of something, and a quick search online uncovered it. BU has a well-known policy of grade deflation.

(I did a search on google for “Boston University” and grade deflation, and came up with these and other articles.)
