That kind of shit is complete BS!!

I know that at least in Texas, animal cruelty is now a felony. I met the dog & his owner (Lobo is the puppy) that created & got this bill passed. He was set on fire, had his eyes gouged out, and a few other things I can't remember offhand. And he is still the sweetest puppy EVER!

Love you honey. Glad someone else's heart bleeds as much as mine in these situations.

Does that mean they know who did it??

If she has the back story... then either by word of mouth or yes...? It just upsets me. There are law enforcement she could report this to, or has... but if the humane society was actually involved... they probably would of called in an act of cruellty... Or its someone's sick joke to get people to submit money...
