nearly forgot to post this! I got to find out what it's like being on the receiving end of racial awkwardness the other day! There was a mixed black & something else (asian?) girl on the bus who wanted to know where I got my hair done, and was trying to say "do they only do white girl hair you think?" but couldn't find the words to spit it out.

love moments like that... i have ppl ask me questions like that all too often... hahahaha i think its cute as well. whilst i know others that take offensively... and i just want to kick them in the shins for being so dang ignorant.

Yes I am in college, I was on a city bus. I agree people take things (life!) too seriously.
