Boy howdy. How is it possible it's not Friday already? I'm sure it has to be Friday already, as this week has already gone on at least two and a half months.

I agree, may as well go with the 14. Thanks for sharing your story about finding the loaner, I love that sort of random chance. Sort of thing that if your DM or Author wrote into a story people would say "yah, right, like that would happen".

Definitely 14. If you're spending that kind of money, give yourself as much capacity as possible. You've already proved that the store will just keep going from strength to strength - better too much than too little at this point.

Although,

I would want to compare the water usage/electricity usage first of course. Would the 14 use so much juice to heat the water that the wiring in the building would have difficulties supporting it? Having breakers flipped mid rush, and/or wiring go south is not a fun proposition. Also, how would it affect your store overhead? Initial cost verses the boost in electric bills? Is there a significant difference in how long it would take to heat to temp? (first run in the morning/refilling during the day)

Sigh. It makes me want to jump in and help, you know that right?
