Title: An exercise in self-discipline
Author: gottalovev
Pairing/Characters: Stiles/Derek, Sheriff Stilinski, Erica Reyes, Liam Dunbar, Laura Hale, Braeden (past Derek/Braeden). No Hale fire, all Human AU.
Rating: NC-17
Words: 15 923 (294 points)
Summary: Roughly translated, the five Tenets of Taekwondo are courtesy, integrity, patience, self-discipline and invincibility. Derek, who is a senior Taekwondo instructor in the family business, starts having trouble upholding several of those when Sheriff Stilinski and his jailbait son, who hits on him at every occasion, register for classes.

NOTE: of those 15 923 words, the first 1 171 had been used for the Wolves' Bingo Card. So that makes about 14 700 words for the Hunters. At 1 points every 50 words, it gives 294 points.

A 201 word poem by anvaver for the prompt fight:

Tell me the story of the kid
that kept refusing to accept the curse
until he turned it into a blessing.

Tell me the story of the kid
that said no to the paths they tried to impose on him
and destroyed them to make his own.

Tell me the story of the kid
that had the power to destroy the world
and decided to use it to rebuild it, instead.

Tell me the story of the soldier
that never asked to fight that battle
but ended being a general, anyways.

Tell me the story of the child
that was forced to grow up too early
as he buried one more friend, one more lover.

Tell me the story of the boy
to whom they stole his innocence
but failed to take away his love.

Tell me the story of that boy
the one that when they told him "you can't"
answered in all seriousness: "I can try, I can always try".

Tell me the story of the boy
who fought with fangs and claws
for every single person who couldn't.

(Oh, that boy.
The boy who saved the world.

Yes, that boy.
The boy who saved everyone...

... but him).
