Hello and thank you for taking on one of these tiny awesome fandoms! It warms the cockles of my heart to know that you are out there, also enjoying a thing I enjoy.
I'ma throw out some prompts for you, in case you like having a place to start, but please do not feel like you have to stick to them in any way. Do your own thing! It's cool! I will love what you write no matter what.
Bugs Potter - Gordon Korman
What a magically delicious (auspicious?) name you have there, Bugs! Is Bugs a blood relative to Harry, or just a coincidence?
There are so many ways you could go with this. Bugs leaves a wizarding life to pursue drumming, Bugs is a muggle who stumbles into the Wizard Rock scene (or maybe there is no magic just a lot of really excited and musical Harry Potter fans). Bugs exploring music magic could be fun, as could magic and North American school systems. You can bring the HP mythos into it or not as you like. I mostly just like thinking about Bugs and magic. Seems like a good fit.
Space Vehicles
Someone pointed out how Mars is colonized entirely by robots, and now I just have a craving for Martian stories.
Like what does their epic mythos look like? The grand romance? The mystery or horror? (The fantasy or sci-fi?) If you want to do tiny snapshots, or delve into one genre in depth, that would be amazing.
Star Wars: Rebels
Team! Found family! Two of my favourite things! It'd be great to have team interaction (working a job could be fun, or just pick a relationship or two and explore the bonds ), but I'd also love some backstory, as there has been very little of it so far (how did everyone become crew?). Wouldn't mind a Sabine, Hera, Cutter or Zeb perspective, since the show centres a little more on Kanan and Ezra. Anything about clones or rebels or Ahsoka (or anyone else you want to add in from Clone Wars or the movies) is also super.
Incompetent Time-Travelling Saxophone Haters
I tried searching google to see who it was who hated the saxophone with murdery time-travel vehemence and this guy's boss seems like a good candidate - even works at a lab! Mad scientist possibilities abound!
This wizard looks pretty angry, too and magic seems like a good way to get to the past.
They could join up with this facebook group, or each make their own attempt on Sax's life independently (why there's so many?). Or maybe they're getting in each other's way, which explains the incompetence. (I would expect better from people capable of time-travel, normally!)
