Well, he'll certainly give it a shot. Blonds are cool, he is totally cool with blonds. Since she seems rather... purposeful, he "absent-mindedly" wanders into her path just as she comes beneath a thick cluster of waxy leaves.
Maybe you can dodge, but can you resist the curse?
"That's what you think," he retorts. A peck is better than nothing though, and Tommy's more or less satisfied. More or less. The upside to being as quick as Tommy is he can basically stay underfoot as long as he wants to follow and bug you.
