Hey, If I can do 2.5K today, you can do 4.5K. Also, I'm never doing another 5K day again. The wrists weren't thrilled about that.

It's going to be 4.5 on top of the 7.5 I've already got. My brain is about to explode with a massive scream because words do not want to work for me today... Oh well, you can do it too!!! XD
