Poor Wilson. No escape.
I think House should take all Wilson's presentation materials/paperwork and do the convincing himself. He's very persuasive when he wants to be, and all he'd have to say is that Wilson's got a stomach virus and is in the men's room throwing up. Which, you know, might not be that far from the truth.

You don't care about Matt and his baby! Or his shalary. You're just trying to trick me. You'll pretend you're gonna to see me to take Cuddy." That sentence sounded weird once I said it out loud, but I couldn't figure out where the problem was.
Also dug House's no-nonsence attitude. It's clear he's had to deal with drunk!Wilson many, many times. Totally IC.
