I love it that you've got someone to watch with. A word of caution, though?

Don't try to teach her; don't try to explain; let her alone about what she ships. My experience has been that the more you push, the less likely she is to change how she sees things. It'll get to the point that she can't decide that Wilson is amazing after all, because if she does, it means she's giving in to your prodding. Which I know is not what you mean to do, but it may well feel that way to her.

Let her reach her own conclusions and you'll both be happier.

Hm. Maybe I'll watch an old episode tonight, myself.

I never had a sister, but blackmare's suggestion seems sound.
Some people will find it hard to ship a gay relationship, and some, like me, will take time to get there (I actually thought House/Cuddy would be a reasonable thing for a while). You can't tell ahead.
