Work Update

Work has notified me formally that I have successfully passed the "Performance Improvement Plan" they set out before me.

And I have some decisions to make in the next week or so about whether to continue with a suit or not.

Thank you. I've never heard of it happening either. I've always heard of it being a first, unrecoverable step towards dismissal

it's great you passed through, but they'll keep after you. been there, done that. leave and get on with something new.

PIP is a way to try to get rid of a person, and it's likely to pop up again in the next year(s). Leave under your own choices...
