It makes me angry that people like film makers won't take credit for influencing people with their movies. They'll make the movie but they won't take responsibility. Now, maybe I'm being too harsh on the whole Hollywood/movie scene but from what I'm hearing it seems to me they are willing to demean human life on the big screen & even in music

I blame noone but the parents for columbine.
One of these days people themselves have to wake up and realize that no matter what anyone sings, publishes, prints or films that it is up to the individual to function in society. The individuals have to decide that rather than going into a school and shooting a bunch of kids and then themselves that they need to go get a bottle of freakin prozac and deal with life..just like the rest of us do.

Screw the entertainment industry....
its the individuals that need to be scolded.

here's an idea. . . .

what if parents took responsibility for their kids (by.. i dont know.. actually ... teaching them right from wrong?)....

AND

the entertainment industry took responsibility for the crap they are putting out (their cop out: its the parents responsibility) while parents feel like "they" are working >>against<< the parents (how cool is it in almost every show to disobey, rebel, etc.)

Yes, I do believe everyone has a hand in it in someway & especially the individual is responsible for his own actions. I just don't like it that certain musicians, actors, etc don't think or care about how their music, writings, whatever influences people. I know we live in a sinful world... it just frustrates me sometimes.
