I wanted to comment and say I love your story! It's fantastic. I know many people don't like OFC's, but Abigail is delightful, and your Snape is extremely well written. Do you mind if I friend you so I don't miss anything?

Well, it took them long enough! I hope you get your next update posted quickly so I can see were this goes.

I had been wondering about her aunt, I'd heard nothing of her condition since the first chapter. I know her father is dead, but what about her mother, is she still alive?

There are fer too many SS/HG fan fics around and I don't read them because I loathe the pairing. I'm always happy to find a good Snape/OFC story and this is a good one.

Thank you very much. I'm glad you've enjoyed the story so far. Her aunt will be mentioned in the next couple of chapters, I think *scratches her head* though I'm not sure anymore, it's been a while since I finished this part of the story.

Yeah, about her Mom... When I was driving in my car the other day, it occurred to me that I never cleared up what happened to her. So there's a plot hole that needs fixing. Maybe I'll be able to still do that as we go along.

I hope I'll get the next chapters posted soon too. My beta promised me the wait wouldn't be that long this time around (The story is finished now btw) She's really really good and I'd be royally screwed with out her, so I'll wait as long as it takes...In the meantime I can't seem to let go of this story. For some reason I keep writing Abby/Snape drabbles.

I do occasionally read HG/SS, but the stories I like mostly deal with a much older Hermione, it's practically Snape and ever so slightly familiar OFC ;-)

Long ramble...sorry for that :-) I'll shut up now.

I hope you beta works quickly on the rest of the story, I really enjoy it. Can you notify me when you update? I'd really appreciate it if you could; my memory is a problem because of a medication I must take the rest of my life and unless I have a reminder I miss updates to the stories I read

I'm loving this. Your Snape is wonderfully in character, your OC is likable and amusing, and the storyline isn't too bad either. I like it - simple and sweet. It's refreshing to find a Snape x OC where the OC in question isn't some super-witch who's fate determines the outcome of the battle with Voldemort, as her love for Snape conquers all (!!!), and so on and so forth (I mean, it's called Harry Potter for a reason, dude).

I'm friending you for updates (I don't want to miss anything), so I hope you don't mind.
