bad cake

ew. I used a mix for a double layer cake that I already used 1/2 of (I only have 1 cake pan and really don't need that big of a cake for the 2 of us)... I halved the "recipe" er um... instructions - used 1 egg...that's as far as I got with the halving. yep. You could always just make the two cakes and freeze one. They freeze well.

Geez I didn't know that. Thanks for the tip!

I have a 9x13 glass pan and a 9x9 glass pan. I only have one crappy metal cake pan that doesn't work that well and we mostly use it for baking meat and stuff.

I should pick up some cake pans this year ... maybe put them on my xmas list....hm
