I've no excuse for this one. *fidgets* Another introspective child!Gokkun short except it turned creepy, alternate-pairing (Xanxus/Gokudera, WTF?) of its own accord. More fairy-tales, general obscurity and biblical references that may offend the religious.

Xanxus/Gokudera are perhaps the angstiest pairing I've found yet.

The religion parts are interesting. It's like - God forgives in the afterlife, but Tsuna is here now, here in this life, forgiving like God couldn't have.

Even with the tepid happily-ever-after-ending, there is so much yearning in this that my heart cries. ♥

Xanxus/Squalo, Squalo/Dino and variations thereof come fairly close I think. Then again, the whole of Reborn is an angstfest for me. XD

I have trouble imagining mafia members being religious; at the same time, it seems like just the sort of contrary thing that they'd do. For Gokkun, I think it comes down to needing something to believe in and needing to be needed.

I wondered if the ending wasn't sort of hurried and strangely tacked on in a lopsided way XDD; I'm really glad you liked it. <33

Lol honestly, XanxusSqualo is angsty, but cracky at the same time. When they're old and senile I can totally see Squalo as having Alzheimers (or at least poor memory, which can lead to angst, or not) & Xanxus having an extremely intensive vocabulary (he's always had one... he's just been repressing it. Why do you think he never talks?!). They'll have the best conversations EVERR.

Xanxus: Trash. Traaash. Trash. T-R-A-S-H.

Squalo: Hah! I knew you practiced saying that woooord, boss! Like my "heeeeeeey", you have to say it a lot to get it juuuuuust right.

Xanxus: Squalo, I only say trash because your weak brain cells can't comprehend "refuse" or "disposable products" or "waste". It's not with great alacrity that I debase myself by implementing words beneath my societal station.

OMG YES! Xanxus/Gokudera! It's hard looking for that pairing ;_; ilu

There's like only one doujin and it's such an obscure pairing that looking for fanarts of it is also tough but when I saw that YOU of all people wrote it I nearly died.

I love love LOVE all your fics! maybe because they usually star Gokudera but I love your way of writing too where you have to imagine and all

I always found Xanxus and Gokudera abit similar. HOnestly, I was waitng for red riding hood to pop up somewhere >_>

Ooh, we have a Xanxus/Gokkun lover! I didn't think those existed~ <3 XDD I've read one other fic about these two so I figured I could give it a shot even though I cheated and didn't really write much about Xanxus for fear of him being OOC. ^^;
