ugh thats disgusting. that's one reason why i hate watching films in theaters. especially when they first come out. i actually turn around and say "im sorry. but can you please shut. the. fuck. up." and i've done it a few times, and even got my money back for a few films. I can't fucking stand that. It ruins it for me!!!
The book Twilight sucked. I bought it and read it, and it drug so much ass. I was hoping maybe the movie would be at least better and more fast paced than the book. I refuse to pick up another one of the Twilight saga books though. I don't care if they pick up the pace, it just sucks.
I'm going to watch the movie maybe next week sometime during a matinee when all the kids are in school. Thanks for the short review though. I can't wait to judge it for myself now. ;]
yeah i cant even say anything about the other aspects of the film because those bitches were screaming so much i could barely hear the film.
i mean there were a lot of cheesy acting scenes where i was like um... i mean it was good entertainment and i'm so gonna see it again. but man. technically, at certain points i thought it was so bad.
there were some other scenes and cuts that were pretty good. i'll give the director that credit.
Oh man. I hate people like that. I'm gonna eventually watch Twilight (for lolz and Rob), but I'm not gonna try to ruin it for other people. This is why I often hate going to movie theatres: I hate people.
jesus!! i know!!! i missed the first fucking line of the movie because the little tweenies were screaming. i yelled at everyone to shut up lol.
which camera shot are you talking about? in the meadow scene?
i dunno.. i'm not much of a film maker but i was really nervous that i was going to hate this movie. i thought it was going to suck and not do the books justice but i shockingly loved it. there are a ton of things i wish they'd done but i wasn't the one writing the screenplay lol.
yeah i couldnt hear anything. thats why i need to see it again. like i cant even tell whether i liked the movie itself because of the girls. i just thought stylistically it was terrible. but i did enjoy a lot of parts (especially what i could hear). but i really do want to see it again.
okay so with minus the screaming, and from a person who has never studied film in her life, would she still enjoy it? like, i mean..would i notice all of the crappy scenes or not?
i can notice bad acting when i see it..but when it comes to actual film stuff..i can see when it's kinda cheesy. but that's about it. nothing to technical.
oh & p.s. i finally saw bss. they so amazing live. they didnt play lover's spit though. kevin was like "you guys need to go home and listen to lover's spit on your ipod and dance in your livingroom to it" but they played for 2+ hours. so i cant complain.
hahahaha HE SAID THAT? love that fucking guy. he ALWAYS plays for like 2 hours. its amazing. i've seen lover's spit i think both times i've seen him. god the last show. which was technically just him but he sang a bunch of bss songs anyways... was one of the best shows i've ever been too. like he seriously inspired me. i swear.
i think if you liked the book (did you read the book?) and you look past the bad acting at some points and cheesy lines... you might like it. like, if you let yourself fall into that cheesiness you know? where you don't care. then you'll like it. i think that's why in the end i can say i liked it only because in the end i looked past the stuff i hated. ugh. and man. rob. looks so good in it. hahaha.
yeah. i read the book. i mean. i came into the movie kind of looking for bad stuff?? you know? i was being mean. and when i saw that 360 part in the meadow, i coudnt even tell that it was done badly. and THAT'S when i realized i was being tooooo mean. and i needed to calm down and just enjoy the movie. and plus they played muse anddddd radiohead. haha i dont even like those songs, but they fitted so perfectly (especially muse)
