there's a group on campus , hemp 101 they meet every friday at 4:20pm and get into a circle and smoke, they do this right in the busiest part of campus outside in a circle, only in victoria.
ps. there's never any problems with the po. and I need to get high

That's fucking wicked. People here are a lot more update about public blazing. They'll like dodge into a bush when a car drive's by. I tell you, us island folk are 10x more relaxed then the rest of the world.

Yeah, I walk off the bus at 8 and am offered weed, the teachers actaully gave us a designated place to smoke pot, because they had no way of stopping people.
