i agree completely. i hate the idea of taking medication, not just because of my intense phobia of swallowing pills, but because of the stoicism that comes as a result of medicating. fuck being numb, i'd rather be in pain. it's pain that reminds me i am alive, which, yes, sometimes makes me want to die...but still. guh. i wouldn't trade my mood swings for some medicated fog.
