Hi... kitty_icontest is not an icon posting community. It is an icon contest. In order to enter you have to read the rules on the challenge post (and in the user info) and then post up to the allowed number of icons as a comment to the post. Then there is voting and a 1st, 2nd, 3rd and moderators choice are picked. i hope this helps.

If you're looking to just post your cat icons and not do a contest you can try either animalicons or _kitty_icons
