I've never eaten eggplant, but I sure love them.

How do you prepare eggplant?

I DUNNOOOO! I put it in a pot type thing (cassarole dish?) and then put a bit of water in and some soy sauce? You can slice it and put it on a tray and shove it in the oven for a bit at 425F... I dont' have a recipe though, I make it up as I go.
