Learn how to make this,

photoshop only.
1)Make a new curves layer and use the following settings,
you will get the exact same results as me,
when it comes to the curves, this time i actually remembered to screencap the settings.
2)Make a new layer and fill it with #ecd9bb.
set the layer too softlight 25% opacity.
3)Open up a new layer and flood fill it with #2b0d0d.
Set the layer to exclusion 35% opcaity. feel free to change the opacity as needed.
4)Take
from pale_septembre,
and set the layer to Screen 15% and the Fill to 40%.
Again adjust the opacity as needed. All this layer does, it brighten up the icon a bit.
5)Make a new layer and fill it with a black/white gradient.
Change the layer too softlight 35% opacity.
This step adds contrast and brightens up the base a bit.
6)Open a new layer and grab yourself a brush.
Make a brush mark on your icon with the color white, and set the layer to
Screen 20%. Adjust the opacity as needed.
7)Make a new colorblance layer and use the following settings,
MIDTONES:-32,3,0
SHADOWS:0,0,39
HIGHLIGHTS:6,0,0
8)Finally the last step.
Make a new curves layer. And instead of inputing points.
I clicked on auto. And than i changed the opacity of the layer to 35%.
Don't ask for a psd please.
I won't give it out, the tutorial is too easy.
