That was absolutely heartwrenching. And so perfectly dark, for Annie to wind up with only Daisy for company as the apocalypse rolls on. Wonderful fic ♥

Thanks. I really enjoyed writing the snippet of Annie and Daisy, I think that make good foils for each other. Especially with the very different ways they've gone from being human women to supernatural beings.

This is very nice. The presentation of Annie's coping mechanisms - the tea, the embarrassment in awkward situations which persists even as the apocalypse descends -is exquisite.

Thank you. One of the things I love about the show and tried to keep in this piece is the thread of ordinary life (like tea and awkward social situations) running through all the supernatural stuff.

Wow, fantastic fic. You kept Annie in character perfectly - as prochytes said, all her little coping mechanisms. Love the bit about the tea and Mitchell bringing it to her. And the part with George trying to have a dinner. And Daisy - and...all of it! Wonderful job - very chilling.
