You're not in Hueco Mundo. Or Soul Society, or the human world. It's an entirely different reality. There's quite a few of us trapped here now.

It's not much of a problem- there's evidence that no one notices any of us are missing, so we either return at the exact moment we left, or we're some alternate version that's destroyed once we leave.

Well, no one knows the way out yet, so it's not something to worry about.
