So I was not interested in the first season of "True Blood" at all. I watched it with everyone at work during lunch because it's always been majority rules. The only parts I was ever even slightly interested in were the scenes with Eric and Pam, cause they are awesome. But we just watched the season premiere today at lunch and ( DAMNIT ADRIAN, I DON'T NEED ANOTHER SHOW OR FANDOM! )

Eric and Pam are AWESOME LIKE WHOA! And Jessica can stay. Hopefully Lafayette's storyline will be less full of fail, but I'm not hopeful.

All that said, it's a really terrible show. Just awful. But Alexander's in it, so.

Exactly, Eric and Pam are the best parts. And I love watching Jessica bring chaos to Bill and Sookie. But their love story just grates at me, which is ironic since I am all for doomed love affairs. I kinda want Eric to bring Lafayette into "the fold" but at the same time not sure if it would destroy what's great about his character.
