3 days ago i had a frozen hot chocolate and 300 cals of chocolate...ew. 2 days ago i had 2 coffees. Yesterday i had a coffee. Today i had s/f jello and a coffee. I was just reading a bunch of posts saying how fasting doesnt work because you just gain all of it back.. So nowww im trying to deide on if i should keep my fast going or have some rice
