I'm 85 percent sure that I'm not going to finish my degree at UCSD. As in I'm dropping out. As in this is NOT working for me. I need to get my head on straight before I can focus on such an intense program. I've never done anything so selfish, but I think I need to.

I have learned so much this quarter. No, really, it's insane. I learned that leaving home is so much harder than it sounds, even if you have one of your best friends with you. Leaving everything I've ever known to go 150 miles south has proven to be one of the hardest things I have ever done. Harder than actually getting accepted into this school. ( Read more... )
