Lock him in a cupboard. Silencing charms. Murder. Tell him he's annoying.

How can I get rid of him? He's horrible!
Have you tried banishing spells? Possibly stunning him for long periods of time? AK-ing him?

And he yells this all day long, you say? Why has no one put a silencing charm on him? I pity you.

My mother has this really fucking stupid rule about not casting spells on other people. I think I'm going to have to resort to using muggle methods to get him out.

Do you perhaps have a vanishing cabinet in the house, like that one at Hogwarts? You can push him in there...

Maybe that's a bit rude. So now on a more serious note: you can always tell him that you don't like how he acts and ask him to tone it down a bit... sometimes letting your frustration out a little helps too, that last thing is what made Lavender and Parvati tone down a bit here...
