I thought about voting Cthulhu, why go for the lesser of two evils?

I thought about a write-in for Hyneman/Savage in 2008. I don't know how they would govern, but July 4th would be exciting.

You're just going to have to deal with not knowing...

How about you, as a citizen of the UK, who did you vote for in the US election? I suspect you could buy a vote from someone at Diebold if you had the cash.

Take care, and hopefully no matter how this works out, the winners will still try to work with the losers, or else we will all lose.

I could have registered to vote in the US, but I just never bothered. Kept me out of jury duty, I suppose.

The thing about democracy is that the vote is supposed to be secret, and in addition, it matters not who gets in; they are public servants, and you and I are public. Now, I need gov't service like a fish needs a bicycle, but I'm confident I could light an appropriate sized fire under whatever elected ass I might require to do something for me. But getting public servants to work rates right up there with getting Nynex techs to check a single DS0. That ticket's gonna get mouldy. :)
