Losing a game of DEFCON 147 to -25 because I was too wrapped up in the movie WarGames to properly deploy my stuff is fail. Heh.  For those not into DEFCON its a nuclear war sim that looks kind of like the graphics in the movie WarGames.

reading at the moment waiting for a concert to start. still warm outside.

Went out with a lovely friend for awhile. now im at Starbucks getting some hot chocolate before heading to infomart to nap before work.

So yeah... called Time Warner support today to see if I could get them to clear up a Dallas to Dallas by way of CALIFORNIA routing issue.  Yeah, that turned out about as useful as I expected it would be.  Eh, isn't really a big problem.. just kind of an annoyance getting to my colo box.  I guess even IP packets wanna get some California sun (check ( Read more... )
