Even if LJ fixes this, much of my fandom has already migrated. There's not a whole lot of point to staying.

On Dreamwidth I am... you'll never guess it... adawnrae. Yeah, the changes here suck pretty comprehensively, and I may well start crossposting there, since I never use it for what I originally intended (the writing I never do).

It is a pain, because I really prefer the freer blog format to the character-restricted formats of Facebook and Twitter, but a lot of people I used LJj to keep in touch with have basically abandoned their journals, anyway.

DW was created by LJ users, for LJ users, following Strikethrough. So essentially it's LJ-the-way-it-was-when-Brad/SixApart-owned-LJ. Also, you can import your entire journal from LJ to DW--I'm doing it right now.

I'm higuchimon on dreamwidth. Planning on creating a separate fanfic journal, though. I'm probably going to cross-post between LJ & DW, at least for a while.
