2.layers=>New=>Adjustment layer=>Color Balance and enter these settings -57 50 100
3.layers=>New=>Adjustment layer=>Hue/Saturation 50
4.Adjust=>Color Balance=>Automatic Colorbalance and move to Cool(blue)
5.Adjust=>Hue/Saturation=>Automatic Saturation and set to More colorful and Strong.
