EDIT: This was a test entry to see if I could figure out what the codes were for those little hearts, spades, clubs, etc.

It was supposed to get deleted, but I forgot. . .

I'm prior service Army, enlisted. Currently sending in applications to all of the Military Academies. I want to ask you a few questions if you don't mind, whenever you get the time.

My birthday was awesome, thanks! I'm going to the place to get that thing I carry around upgraded tonight. I'm kinda too busy to go, but it's not the sort of event I think I should skip, you know?

And thanks for the ♠ ! I would have been annoyed by that for a while. . .

Yay - I would shake you harder than an eight ball if you skipped your celebration!
And no problemo.

The numbered entity syntax works in almost every browser, but the named entity syntax is easier to remember.

♠ : ♠ or ♠
♣ : ♣ or ♣

♠ !!!!!

I knew it was something really simple! You just saved me weeks of irritation. This is the kind of thing that I can't really justify spending a lot of time on, but is exactly what my wandering mind wants to do instead of all the work I'm supposed to be doing.

Thank you!
