So, my New Year's resolution this year was to get an A in the class with the professor I dislike the most.

This presents a bit of a conundrum this semester...

We got six inches of snow last night. There's now over a foot on the ground, and all the trees are covered in white stuff. It's really pretty. And, as there are no clouds to be seen, it's also quite bright.

I think I like this Pullman place...

So, I totally managed to register for Physics 201 instead of Physics 202. Go me.

On the to-do list for today: Six-hour drive back to Pullman. Classes start tomorrow, so we've put it off long enough. It's been a fun break, but it's time to get back to work ( Read more... )

Lego has a very nifty program - Lego Digital Designer. It's a virtual environment with a huge assortment of virtual legos, and an endless building space. It's also free. OMG, it is snowing on Christmas Day.

I mean, really, really snowing. Not sticking to the roads yet, but roofs, lawns, trees, etcetera, are turning white.

7 PM finals on Fridays are made of loose.

The campus has basically shut down - the dorms themselves close down at 10 tomorrow morning. All the dining centers are already closed.

Ah well. Final today, road trip tomorrow... All in a day's work.

LJ changed my default skin's layout - "view friends page" is no longer the first entry under the "friends" menu. Thus, my habitual click-click to get to my friends page now directs me to "filter friends page", something which I don't really want to do ( Read more... )
