I got my braces tightened today, now I
won't be able to eat for a few days because
of the pain. they should market braces as
a weight loss product too.
I feel physically better today but emotionally
bad. I don't really no why. Nothing terrible
has happened or anything. I guess its
just one of those days.

The good thing is that it only lasts a few days then its over.
