Steve, those wire cutters look like they're rusty. So you probably got rust in your soup. You should go get a tetanus shot or something.

You could have just gone out and bought a freaking can opener....they're like $2.

And I can't believe you didn't have like a swiss army knife or something with one in it.

Haha, I did boil the wire cutters before using them. They - truth be told - were the only tool to hit the soup - though I did try with the hack saw it was, as I said, too rusty.

I am up to date on my tetanus shots - dog bite a few years ago required another one. Damnit.

I would have gone and bought one, but I was hungry right then, and it was 11:30 at night. I didnt feel like driving to Meijers to get a can opener. I am tomorrow though :p

Dearest Stephen, This is NOT the type of "higher education" I was hoping you'd acquire at Michigan State University. Although your creativity, resourcefulness, and determination are admirable in SOME circles, I have concern for the OCD insinuations reeking from this post.
