Well, this whole living "on my own" thing has been quite the experience. And its only been about a week. Its been great though, except for my ( food folley )
Haha, I did boil the wire cutters before using them. They - truth be told - were the only tool to hit the soup - though I did try with the hack saw it was, as I said, too rusty.
I am up to date on my tetanus shots - dog bite a few years ago required another one. Damnit.
I would have gone and bought one, but I was hungry right then, and it was 11:30 at night. I didnt feel like driving to Meijers to get a can opener. I am tomorrow though :p

You could have just gone out and bought a freaking can opener....they're like $2.
