Originally uploaded by technojce. jj called me last night to tell me the sad news that Aldo, a cat of Maria's, had died. He was the coolest cat in the world. Always let me pet him, scratch his tummy, whatever. Just a really great cat with a big personality. I loved the way he would flop down on the arm of a couch. Just sort of melt into it, like butter melting into every crevice of a baked potato.
Rest in peace, Aldo. Don't get into any fights in kitty nirvana.
