I haven't been able to get the set up correct yet, but I'm attempting to create a crystalline memory database of my own. Can't seem to figure out how to do it 100% though.

what crystals are you intending to use?
they can play a big part in the whole process.

may i suggest, verdite, agate, hematite, fools gold, apatite and hematite as well as the quatz.

Thanks :) We're looking at a wooden holder with a working of copper tape between the crystals and the computer, and I think at the moment recording white noise from the mic jack.

If I may, don't forget fluorite, rutile quartz and azurite.
all quarts crystals are composed of silicon, which is naturally occurring glass.

I'm the working partner :)... PCB wise... er... Lurwolf... the fiancee is in charge of which school section... er... and if they're more advanced than my school(w/ technology special status u'd hope so) surely we can make our own circuit boards!!!

I wasn't thinking of making one, though now you mention it that'd be a good plan. I was only considering using some raw unetched board as a marker.
