I was contemplating writing a book on technomagic/Cyber-shamanism/CyberShinto..are their any non-fiction books regarding these subjects? I'd rather see what trail the others are blazing so I can set down something diffferent..

There are currently no non-fiction books about these topics.

Depends on how you define such things. I know people who consider Cyberia to be a non-fiction book on Cyber-shaminism at the very least.

City Magick is sort of about technology, but not explicitly about computers. Virtual Pagan is about creating working occult groups over the net, though again not explicitly about techgnosis.
