It was the nicest way I could think to say "Cosplaying is embarassing." ;)
I guess I don't begrudge anyone who likes it. But the amount of time and money some people spend on it could be so much better used (the really good, really elaborate ones), and those who don't spend time on it look like they just got off the short bus. I mean, wear a cardboard box, write "Gundam" on it, and call yourself a Gundam? Oyy....

And yes, I now believe Hallowween is for kids. All growed up and handing out the candy this year, the kids are the only ones who appreciate it. The teens and high-schoolers just ooze "entitlement." I read where one kid walked up to a house chatting on a cell phone, no costume or anything, turned around and displayed an open backpack, so the guy in the house dropped a cigar butt into his bag.

THAT is comedy gold.

It's not like in our day when even in high school, we still had the spirit.

If they give out candy for cosplaying, then I guess it's worth it. :)

PS Kai, good job on your new comic! Good stuff. Keep it up! :)

Whee! Thanks! I'm having fun with it, so far. Scene 2 ought to be up in about another week, barring further financial emergencies. (-.-);;

I'm with you on GoDaddy, too. They're my daddy. Uh huh. (~-^)
